A. Thank you for asking. Every Wednesday from 11AM to 1PM (EST), I will be online taking your real estate questions live! Just log onto www.realtypowerlunch.com and click on the “Chat Live” button. Type in your question and I will do my best to answer it, free of charge and with no obligation. If you are currently being represented by a Realtor in a purchase or sale transaction, I would request that you contact him/her before participating as we respect all agency relationships. And if you can’t participate on Wednesday just visit my website anytime or email me at phyllis@pstaines.com. I would be happy to setup a special segment just for you.
