Phyllis is an expert in the Northeast Florida real estate industry and was named Realtor of the Year for 2004 by the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Phyllis spent over 15 years in the brokerage and system consulting divisions of E.F. Hutton, Merrill Lynch, and Barnett Bank. Originally from New Jersey, she relocated to Jacksonville with Merrill Lynch’s corporate relocation in 1992. She brings the lessons learned from her own relocation into her business to ensure her clients have a smooth and seamless move.
Phyllis is a big believer in education. She earned her B.A. from Rutgers College in 1984 and earned her Masters degree with honors in 1996. She is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), was one of the first REALTORS in the country to earn the e-PRO Internet Professional designation (e-PRO), and earned the prestigious Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist (RECS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Short Sale Professional (SSP), and 203K FHA Specialist designations.

In her free time, Phyllis volunteers as the Secretary and Trustee of The Donna Foundation a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women living with breast cancer in the Jacksonville area meet their most critical needs through emotional, social, and economic support.
